Valparaiso - "The jewel of the Pacific" - UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site
Valparaiso is one of the most special cities of Chile, due to its history as well as its unique location, seaside and surrounded by hills.
On our tour we will visit the old town – declared an UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site, Plaza Echaurren, surrounded by tall buildings dating from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, and the foot of Cerro Santo Domingo, where the first inhabitants of the city were originally located.
We will also go to the historic districts of Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion, the neighborhoods of the first European immigrants. Here you will find places with beautiful views of the bay.
Then we will have lunch at a renowned restaurant of the port, where we can enjoy the delicious local seafood. We recommend using comfortable clothing and shoes so you can enjoy our trip to discover the hidden treasures in the streets of Valparaiso.
